"Kaleena helped me to reach my first fitness goal of losing more than 30 pounds to get down to my target weight of 200 over the last few months. I was unable to exercise much because of various pre-existing injuries, but with her nutritious (and delicious!) meal plans I was still able to reduce my weight to where I want it anyway. Now that I've "made it" this far and my injuries are recovering, I feel very encouraged and motivated to begin working out and get my now leaner body into good shape.
