I've been a certified personal trainer since I lost 50lbs without ever setting foot in a gym! I owe all of my success to home-based fitness routines and exercising outdoors.
I specialize in weight loss and training with minimal equipment. I train for mass gain, pre and post natal and breaking plateaus through "no fluff" intense fitness conditioning.
My training philosophy is that to get in great shape you need exercise consistancy and challenging routines. I design programs on a custom basis for motivation, safety and most importantly, fast results.
Training should be affordable, flexible and fun. Regular assessments keep you motivated by seeing your body change, right before your eyes!
