THE COMPANY

Kalisthenix Fitness is an in-home, condo and outdoor personal training business, owned and operated by Toronto, East York resident Kaleena Lawless.

Customized routines for fast, effective and safe results
Some clients prefer to train 5 times a week to prepare for a holiday, wedding or to fast track results. Others train once a week, with a program designed for exercising on their own. Whether you are a beginner, advanced, short or long term, losing weight or gaining, Kaleena can help!

NOT IN TORONTO?

No Problem! In addition to my regular services I offer custom Personal Training Program. The program is designed after an assessment by phone, e mail or in-person. I figure out what exactly will work for you and design a SIX week program based on the equipment you have available and your fitness experience. On top of having a program made for you I also offer advice, motivation and support through phone and e mail. This way, even my international readers can gets results too!
