- I have been a personal trainer for 5 years. I lost 50 pounds through diet and exercise and now I'm an advocate for enjoying fitness and good nutrition! I do in-home, condo and outdoor training as an independent personal trainer in Toronto. One of my strengths, is the ability to create an effective and focused program, customized to a client's likes, dislikes, strengths and limitations. I write Kalisthenix Fitness Blog for clients and fitness enthusiasts to share tips and training triumphs. I write health and fitness articles for other sources such as MyCityToronto.com, holistic health articles.com and The Examiner. I have been featured as a "guest fitness specialist" on CBC News at Six, Global TV, and interviewed for Faze Magazine's summer issue on the Benefits of Outdoor Exercise.
