I love exercising outdoors with resistance tubes! The fresh air, the breeze and being able to use the tube anywhere, from a park to the beach.
Equipment: This routine involves only a resistance tube, which is light and portable.

Warm Up
3 min jog
20 burpees
30 jumping jacks
Push Ups (hands on a bench for beginner, feet on a bench for intermediate)
Standing chest press with tube
Bent Rows with tube
Sitting Rows with tube
Repeat
Shoulder press with tube
Bicep curls with tube
Hammer curl with tube
Dips off a bench
Overhead extension with tube
Repeat
Step ups on a bench
lunges for glutes and hams (longer stride)
Squats + calf raise with tube
Lunges for quads (shorter stride)
Repeat
Basic crunch
Bicycle crunch
Plank
Side plank (both sides)
Full body stretch for 5 minutes
This workout can also be performed at home or with dumbbells.
