30 Minute Cycling Interval Workout

Warm Up
6 minutes
2 minutes, level 1

2 minutes, level 2
2 minutes, level 3

The Workout
3 minutes, level 3
2 minutes, level 4
2 minutes, level 5, while pedalling turn your torso side to side
1 minute, level 6
1 minute, level 7, standing
2 minutes, level 2

Repeat

Cool Down
2 minute cool down on level 1
Stretch
