Who doesn't want to improve their sex life? Being a great lover involves some degree of strength, flexibility and endurance.
Here are some tips for better sex through exercise:
Men
-Focus on strengthening the chest, arms and back for muscular endurance during missionary variations.
-Strengthen quads (thighs) and core for positions from behind.
