Don't Stress - Exercise Instead!

avoid stress by exercising

During times of high stress, it's likely that you will want to put your workouts on the back burner until your schedule frees up. I actually do not recommend this.

The reason being, exercise is an energizer and mental booster.

Benefits of Exercise on Stress Levels

-Improved well being

-Increased energy

-Mood stabilizer

-Increase in self esteem

-Better overall health, which causes a lot less stress in the long run!

Using fitness as a way to handle stress creates a healthy system, where you can deal with stress more easily and get the great health benefits of exercise while you are at it.
