Walk Your Worries Away

Have you ever been in a bad mood but had to go out to run errands, or walk the dog? It's amazing how even ten minutes, can make a huge difference to your overall mood and well being.

Being out in the fresh air, and getting a bit of exercise, is a fabulous cure for the blues, anxiety and fatigue.

It's normal to feel like not going out when you are tired but within minutes you will be in better mood. Walking will create a greater sense of vitality and improved emotional health.

Take a solo walk or call up a friend to join you. Finish off a great walk with a green tea and some spirit-lifting chit-chat and enjoy the rest of the day with good health and happiness.
